DO-ALL OUTDOORS CLICK-N-WIN CONTEST

OFFICIAL RULES ’Äì NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. HOW TO ENTER: Purchase a specially marked Do-All Traps product that contains the DO-ALL OUTDOORS CLICK-N-WIN CONTEST entry form and accompanying DVD. Read the Contest Rules posted at www.do-alloutdoors.com, complete the entry form and return to the Sponsor. You will also be asked to answer optional questions. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE CONTEST AND A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’ÄôS CHANCES OF WINNING.

You may also request an entry form and accompanying DVD by mail. Request the entry form by mailing a self-addressed, postage-paid DVD-size envelop to Do-All Traps, LLC, c/o DO-ALL OUTDOORS CLICK-N-WIN CONTEST, 2021 21st Ave. South, Nashville, TN 37212. Only one entry form will be returned for each mail request per month. Entrants must read the Official Rules posted at www.do-alloutdoors.com, complete the entry form and return to the Sponsor.

Only one entry per person will be accepted per month. Subsequent entries in the same month will be disqualified. The submission is the sole responsibility of the entrant. Only entry forms actually received by the Sponsor will be included in the Contest; proof of sending does not constitute proof of actual receipt by the Sponsor. Illegible, forged, altered, incomplete or otherwise unintelligible entry forms will be disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misaddressed or not received entry forms, in each case due to any reason whatsoever. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.

2. SPONSOR: Do-All Traps, LLC, 2021 21st Ave. South, Nashville, TN 37212.

3. WINNER SELECTIONS AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner each month will be selected in a random drawing to be held on the last day of each month. Odds of wining depend upon the number of valid entries received by the Sponsor in each month during the contest period. Winners will be notified by U.S. mail. One drawing each month will be held until supplies of specially marked Do-All Trap products are exhausted.

4. PRIZES: The monthly prize is one (1) 3/4" cocking trap. The approximate retail value is $299.99. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor who reserves the right, in its discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees and all household (related or not) and immediate family members of Do-All Traps, LLC, its affiliates, agents, advertising and promotional agencies or any entity involved in the development, product implementation or administration of the Contest are not eligible to participate or win.

6. CONDUCT: By entering the contest, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by the Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. The Official Rules will be posted at www.do-alloutdoors.com throughout the Contest period or may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelop to the Sponsor’Äôs address. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification from the Contest.

7. WINNERS: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelop to Do-All Traps, LLC, c/o DO-ALL OUTDOORS CLICK-N-WIN CONTEST, 2021 21st Ave. South, Nashville, TN 37212.

8. GENERAL RULES: This Contest is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes and fees on prizes, if any, are winners’Äô sole responsibility. This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Winners must accept the prize within 20 days of notification and are required to provided proof of identity and an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where legal, a publicity release. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and another winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries received by the Sponsor. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH ENTRANT ACCEPTS THE CONDITIONS AND TERMS PROVIDED IN THESE CONTEST RULES. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, A WINNER AGREES TO HOLD THE SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES OR ANY ENTITY INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION OR ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTEST, THEIR SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND LIABILITY, LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE AWARDING, RECEIPT AND/OR USE OR MISUSES OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN AN PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including any events or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
